Frequently asked questions
Do you really take no commission?
Correct. You pay a flat monthly subscription and keep 100% of every order. Online card payments go straight into your own Stripe account.
Do I need special hardware?
No. The kitchen display runs in any browser (a tablet works great). For printing, any ESC/POS receipt printer works — network, USB or Bluetooth — through our small print agent running on a PC or mini-PC in the restaurant.
Can customers order while we are closed?
Yes — customers can schedule an order for later, within your opening hours. The kitchen receives it exactly when preparation should begin.
How long does it take to go live?
Most restaurants build their menu and take their first order within a day. We review every application personally.
